SHIFTS: 4 x 12s Days and Nights 

• Weekend Days 3A-3P Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  (4th shift to be discussed)
• Nights 7P-7A
• Evenings 3P-3A

CALL REQUIREMENTS: None

FLOATING REQUIRED: Yes, may float to help in other areas. Does not take an assignment in other units. 

BLOCK SCHEDULING: Yes request at submission
EMR: Cerner

REQUIREMENTS:

RN IN licensure

ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE required

REQUIRED SKILL: NICU level 3 experience

2 years' experience

SCOPE OF ROLE: NICU RN able to care for a variety of patients from stable feeder growers through critical level 3 patients

APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES: 2 - 12 hr. shifts

NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 40

PATIENT RATIO: 1:1-1:3

SCRUB COLOR: Navy blue
