Job Summary:
The neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) staffing professional is based in San Diego, California. This role involves providing specialized neonatal care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift
- Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience, graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is provided, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field, seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years)
- Additional Information: The position involves providing comprehensive neonatal care in a state-of-the-art NICU setting. Candidates should possess a strong background in neonatal critical care and are expected to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
