Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position located in Neptune, New Jersey. The role involves evaluating and managing care for neonatal patients, supporting physicians with patient assessments, and implementing patient-centered nursing interventions. This position requires providing evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill newborns, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes through thorough documentation and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 3 shifts per week; every other weekend required; holiday as needed; floating: float rotation may be required (Pediatrics/PICU).
  • Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing); BLS - AHA; NRP (AHA only); NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license; 1+ year of experience in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) or related specialty.
  • Preferred Qualifications: BSN.
  • Preferred Skills: PATIENT CARE, NURSING CARE PLANNING, PATIENT ASSESSMENT, THERAPEUTIC NURSING INTERVENTIONS, CARE MANAGEMENT, CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION, EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE, PEDIATRIC NURSING, PICU NURSING.
