Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Neuro Trauma/Surgical ICU at a Level II trauma facility with a 2:1 patient ratio
- Care for neuro and trauma patients including management of ICP monitors, lumbar drains, and CRRT
- Float to Cardiovascular, Telemetry, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed
- Accurately document patient care and assessments using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications- Current California RN license
- Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience
- Level II trauma critical care experience
- Proficiency with EPIC charting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous travel nursing experience
