Floating to the Neuro IMC unit may be necessary. The unit has 18 beds. Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:2, but can flex based on acuity. The Electronic Medical Record system used is Epic. Scrubs must be navy blue pants and solid navy blue or solid white tops. Jackets must be solid navy blue or solid white. Floor orientation will consist of 2 shifts, with additional shifts if needed. There are no on-call expectations.
