Description:
The Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards.
This role includes responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Registered Nurse enhances patient care.
Candidates must have experience in telemetry.
A minimum of two years of Med-Surg experience is required.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association is necessary.
An active NYS Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
NIHSS certification is also required.
