Previous charge experience preferred.
Experience with patient ratios of 1:6-7 is expected.
Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility.
Description:
This position involves working in a Medical Surgical Neuro Unit.
The unit focuses on stroke, neurosurgeries, and other neurological disorders.
Candidates should be willing to work on Stepdown and Medical Surgical sides of the unit.
Daily census averages 28 patients with a 44-bed capacity.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and more.
Nurses are expected to engage in teamwork and provide high-quality care in a demanding environment.
Flexibility around holiday scheduling, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, is required.
