Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and holiday requirement | No self-scheduling
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns throughout assigned shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient information and care activities using electronic health record systems
- Adhere to unit scheduling requirements including every other weekend and designated holidays
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience working in a NICU or neonatal care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
- Experience using OBix, Voalte, and/or Hugs systems
