Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Manage patient assignments at varying acuity ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient needs
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective neonatal patient care
- Float between units or sister facilities as operationally required
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to work night shifts including variable weekends
- Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (references may include Charge RNs or Leads)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a teaching hospital or high-acuity NICU environment
- Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
