Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma and Level II Pediatric Trauma facility
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on patient acuity and unit needs
- Document all patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Float between units or sister facilities as operationally required
- Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications- Valid Washington State or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
- NICU nursing experience; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Ability to work night shifts including variable weekends
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Minimum of 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU or acute care setting
- Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with Level II Trauma or Level II Pediatric Trauma center workflows
