Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing care plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to well baby nursery and transition nursery as needed
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification
- Prior NICU nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in well baby nursery and/or newborn transition care
- Ability to adapt quickly to float assignments within related neonatal care areas
