Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
- Provide intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for neonates experiencing life-threatening conditions within a Level III or Level IV designated unit
- Support an EPIC conversion project, performing accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- EPIC experience within the last 12 months
- Recent Cerner experience required; each work history entry must identify the charting system used
- No requested time off (RTO) — start date is firm
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Acute care facility experience
