Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU (Travel)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients ranging from stable feeder growers through critical Level 3 patients
- Manage patient assignments at ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on patient acuity
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
- Float to assist in other areas of the facility as needed, without taking a primary assignment in other units
- Participate in a two-shift (12-hour) orientation upon start
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Indiana
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required
- NICU Level 3 experience required
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
- Valid driver's license required for submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Cerner EMR system
- Comfort and flexibility with block scheduling arrangements
