    Job Title

    Travel Registered Nurse – NICU (Weekend Days)

    Location

    Fort Wayne, Indiana

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract – 13 Weeks | Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Travel Position (must reside more than 50 miles from facility)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Level 3 NICU setting, managing a caseload ranging from stable feeder/grower infants to critically ill neonates
    • Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity and unit needs
    • Document all patient care activities accurately using Cerner EMR
    • Float as needed to support other areas of the unit without taking a full assignment in another unit
    • Adhere to block scheduling requirements and unit protocols
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
    • Minimum 2 years of NICU experience, specifically at Level 3
    • Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications required
    • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
    • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility – local candidates will not be accepted
    • Valid driver's license with permanent home address matching submitted ID required at time of submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for a wide acuity range of neonatal patients including critical Level 3 cases
    • Familiarity with block scheduling environments in a travel or high-volume NICU setting
