Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
- Manage infants requiring mechanical ventilation, including conventional ventilators and high-frequency oscillators
- Provide care for infants undergoing therapeutic cooling protocols
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience working in a Level III NICU environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage neonates on ventilators, oscillators, and cooling devices
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a high-acuity or large-volume NICU
- Familiarity with a wide range of neonatal critical care technologies and interventions
