Registered Nurse – NICU (Travel Contract)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | On-Call Required | 4 Weekend Shifts Per Schedule
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 65-bed Level 4 NICU with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 4:1
- Operate and monitor specialized equipment including isolettes, ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, and breast pumps
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPN electronic medical record systems
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, team leads, transport nurses, respiratory therapists, and unit assistants
- Fulfill on-call requirements and assigned weekend shifts as scheduled
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
- Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Willingness to fulfill on-call and weekend shift requirements
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt positively to change
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2 or more years of Level 4 NICU experience
- Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
- Familiarity with Meditech and/or CPN EMR platforms
