Travel RN – NICU (Night Shift)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
- Manage patient assignments with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
- Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Perform and assist with procedures typical to a Level III or higher NICU environment
- Float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong clinical assessment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
- NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification) preferred
- Experience with Cerner EMR
