Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, implementing appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
- Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in NICU
- Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission; compact licenses accepted for starts dated 1/1/23 and forward
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with no pending renewals
- No open background check cases; facility does not accept any license hits
- Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the NICU specialty, from assignments worked within the past 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills- 18 months of NICU experience within a single location
- Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment practices
