    Contract | Night Shift | Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
    • Monitor, assess, and document patient status and respond to changes in condition
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
    • Complete required facility modules and competency assessments prior to and during assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in NICU
    • Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid compact state license – must be in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
    • One professional reference required from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
    • Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (two attempts maximum)
    • Clear background check required; open cases or license hits will not be accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 18 months of NICU experience obtained within a single facility
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
