Key Responsibilities:
Monitor vital signs and condition of newborns in the NICU
Administer medications, IV therapy, and specialized treatments
Operate and manage neonatal equipment (incubators, ventilators)
Assist in feeding and nutritional support for infants
Collaborate with neonatologists and healthcare teams
Educate and support parents regarding infant care
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Ensure infection control and safety protocols
