OverviewWe are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to critically ill or premature newborns
- Monitor vital signs and manage advanced life support equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with neonatologists and care teams
- Educate and support families during NICU stay
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements- Active RN license
- NICU experience required
- Current BLS required (NRP strongly preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
