Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel
  • Provide specialized care for micro preemies and neonates with respiratory distress
  • Administer oxygen therapy and manage nitrate oxide, CPAP, and chest tubes
  • Handle intubated and ventilated neonates with expertise
  • Collaborate with the neonatal team, including on-site neonatologists and nurse practitioners
  • Document care using the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Travel
  • RN license with BLS and NRP certifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Level III NICU
  • Experience with micro preemie care, intubated and vented neonates
  • Preferred: STABLE certification and transport experience
