We care for infants from 23 weeks and beyond, with varying degrees of acuity. The manager will be conducting interviews. The average daily census is 71. There are NAs with a 1:20 ratio and 2 Charge RNs on each shift. Floating may occur to general pediatrics, PICU, adolescent pediatrics, and pediatric hematology/oncology. Weekend rotation is every other weekend at minimum. Travelers will be expected to work 75% of holidays. Scrub color is royal blue.
