Job Title: RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: $2,046.60 weekly

Shifts: 0645-1915 and 1845-0715

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Charlotte, NC. This role requires a dedicated RN with strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience, skilled in managing complex neonatal conditions in a dynamic teaching hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU
  • Provide specialized neonatal care for patients with respiratory, cardiac, neuro, and other complex conditions
  • Manage and monitor invasive lines, ventilators, and critical care drips
  • Utilize EPIC, Alaris, Medfusion pumps, and other advanced equipment
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including intensivists, residents, and respiratory therapists
  • Perform bedside procedures and ensure high standards of aseptic and sterile techniques

Requirements of the RN - NICU
  • RN License in NC
  • BLS and NRP certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Level 3/4 NICU experience
  • Experience with EPIC and critical care management
