Ensure proper care and follow-up for both vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Perform necessary procedures, including IV starts and blood product administration. Support patients with newborn care and education. Participate in the floating requirements to similar acuity units if necessary. Adhere to established protocols and maintain accurate patient records.
