Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Nights)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 hours per week | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Every other weekend required | No call required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Previous Medical Surgical nursing experience required
- ACLS certification required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Flu vaccine required per State of Maine mandate
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
