Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 hours per week | Rotating weekdays, weekends, and alternating holidays
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Adhere to all infection control, PPE, and safety policies and procedures
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- Compliance with facility dress code and PPE requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced inpatient setting
