OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader to oversee Med/Surg and Telemetry units in a fast-paced acute care environment. This role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of Med/Surg and Telemetry units
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements- Active California RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS certification
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
- Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
- Basic EKG/Telemetry interpretation experience (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Education- Bachelor s degree required
- Master s degree preferred
