Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting with a focus on orthopedic patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Maintain professional bedside manner and deliver high-quality, compassionate care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Fulfill staffing needs on assigned night shifts as scheduled
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Permanent address must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Experience caring for orthopedic patient populations
