Key Responsibilities

• Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients across the Medical Surgical unit
• Implement and uphold nursing standards throughout all processes of care
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity as required for this assignment
• Manage a patient ratio of up to 6:1, supported by LNAs, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor
• Document and manage patient care utilizing the EPIC EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact license
• Minimum 3 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Charge nurse experience required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
• Completed Medical Surgical skills checklist, current within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
