Key Responsibilities- Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients across the Medical Surgical unit
- Implement and uphold nursing standards throughout all processes of care
- Serve in a charge nurse capacity as required for this assignment
- Manage a patient ratio of up to 6:1, supported by LNAs, a Nurse Lead, and a House Supervisor
- Document and manage patient care utilizing the EPIC EMR system
Required Qualifications- Active New Hampshire RN license or valid Compact license
- Minimum 3 years of current Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Charge nurse experience required
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
- Completed Medical Surgical skills checklist, current within the past year
Preferred Experience / Skills- EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
