Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient and family support and nursing care within the full scope of RN practice
- Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient care programs and services
- Perform observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs
- Develop and maintain individualized, ongoing plans of care for assigned patients
- Collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work night shift hours
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in an acute care or inpatient Medical Surgical unit
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment
