Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management
Required Qualifications- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care environment
- ACLS certification
