Job Title: RN - Medical-Surgical
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Green Bay, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: 12PM-8:30PM
Total Weekly Hours: 40-48 Med Surg Float Team RN - 8hr PM/NOC Variables - Green Bay, WI Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Health. **Clinical Interview Services ** Contract 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40-48 (minimum of 40, up to 48. OT after 48)
*GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed*
Primary Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift Requirements: 8hr PM/NOC Variables (must be flexible) *Pm shift is 3pm-11:30pm and 8 hr night shift is 11pm-7:30am*
Float Team Position: Traveler will be floating as needed within skillset to observation unit, Cardiac unit, medical unit, surgical unit, ortho/neuro unit, inpatient rehab and/or transitional care unit and gaining their comfort surrounding this. Facility will try and keep them in 1-2 like units, but have the potential to float to another unit.
On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart) & Active RN or Compact license, NIHSS
***NIHSS certification preferred for submissions, completion of cert is required prior to end of orientation. Certification provided through Apex Innovations, at no charge to the traveler.***
Minimum Experience: 1 -2+ years Med/Surg experience Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem is required
Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the past 2 years
Ratios: Day shift 1:4, Pm shift 1:4/1:5 & NOC shift 1:6 occasionally 1:7
Hard worker, Time management, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: No bright colors or character prints Radius Rule: Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Health. Billing: Sunday - Saturday
8hr unbillable orientation **candidate must start medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer, or 24 hrs for a quick start
