Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
- Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion as part of an acute care facility implementation
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Proficient Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
- Each work history entry must identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems are listed for a single position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or held employee status at a previous organization
- No requested time off (RTO); start date is firm
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
