Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to swing bed patients in a medical-surgical setting
- Deliver nursing care for patients requiring wound care, IV therapy, and physical therapy support
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hospital-based nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Permanent residence located more than 50 miles from the facility (travel requirement)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in long-term care or swing bed/rehabilitation nursing
- Familiarity with wound care and IV therapy in a post-acute or rehab environment
