Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Spine/Med-Surg unit with a patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support
- Perform wound and dressing care on post-operative burn and flap patients
- Operate and monitor unit equipment including Hoyer lifts, air mattresses, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with charge nurses, LPNs, and PCTs as part of a structured night shift team
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital Medical/Surgical experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior travel nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Burn care experience
- Wound care and/or ostomy care experience
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
