Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts per Week | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid Compact State license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
- Ability to commit to 36 hours per week for the full 13-week contract duration
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
- Familiarity with Med/Surg workflows in an acute care hospital environment
