Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
- Monitor and support competency of clinical staff at the unit level
- Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability to assess and manage patient care needs across assigned shifts
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit setting
- Experience with clinical staff supervision and delegation
