Shifts: Rotating shifts: Days/evenings/weekends

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Med-Surg and Psych specialties for a travel assignment in Trumansburg, NY. This role involves a range of responsibilities in a supportive healthcare environment, ensuring the highest standard of care for clients in a residential addiction recovery setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Travel
  • Maintain 24-hour accountability for quality of care of clients
  • Complete physical & mental health assessments (VS, risk assessments, COWS as indicated by Part 820 regulations)
  • Administer and monitor treatment regimens
  • Administer prescribed medications
  • Observe and report behavioral changes
  • Maintain control of drugs and medications
  • Triage emergent client medical issues and coordinate care with Nursing Staff, PA, NP, Medical Director, and outside providers
  • Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned
  • Direct care provided by licensed practical nurses

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med Surg - Travel
  • Med-Surg and Psych specialties required
  • BLS certification required
  • CPI certification required
