Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel

Location: Ohio

Pay: $2,430.00 per week

Shifts: Straight Nights 7P-7:30A EOW and Holiday, On Call per Unit Needs

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Medical-Surgical nursing for a 6-8 week travel assignment in Ohio. The successful candidate will work in a high-acuity unit and must be prepared to provide comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health upon admission and throughout their hospital stay.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.
  • Educate patients and families on managing conditions and preparing for discharge.
  • Ensure patient safety through adherence to protocols and use of PPE.
  • Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions as needed.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
  • Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
  • High acuity unit experience with mentor/charge responsibilities
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Unencumbered OH RN License
