Description:
As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you will provide care for long-term residents.
Duties include medication administration and using an electronic medical record system.
You will assess resident health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans.
Monitoring resident progress and responding to changes in condition are essential tasks.
You should have proficiency in memory care techniques, with knowledge of MDS assessments.
Your role requires experience in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and dementia units.
