Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg (Neuro) | Rockford, IL

Swedish American Hospital (Rockford, IL) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Neuro) for a 13-week travel assignment.

Facility: Swedish American Hospital
Location: 1401 East State Street, Rockford, IL 61104
Unit: 8th Floor – Med/Surg Neuro
Shift: Night Shift (12 hours)
Schedule: 3x12s with every other weekend
Duration: 13 weeks (05/18/2026 – 08/15/2026)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
On-Call: Not required

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Illinois)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Prior mid-to-large hospital experience preferred
• Strong Med/Surg or Neuro experience required

Compensation:

• Weekly Stipend: $1,246
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,400.16
• Hourly Rate: $66.67

Notes:

• No local candidates within 50-mile radius
