Job Title: RN Float Pool Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care Duration: Full-time Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in Med/Surg, ICU, or ER License: Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required through AHA or RQI system Must-Have: - BSN - Critical care experience - Ability to float to multiple units (Med/Surg, ICU, ER) Description: RN Nights position with EOW/Holiday rotations and 2 On-Call shifts per 4 weeks. Candidates must be knowledgeable about the needs of various patient age groups including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric.

The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities is necessary. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills are important. Computer literacy is preferred, specifically experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records. Demonstration of customer focus aligns with principles of a healing environment.
