We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join Banner Community Hospital. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to float across similar units as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Care- Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Manage Med/Surg patients with varying levels of acuity
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
Clinical Duties- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure continuity of care and patient safety
- Float to similar units or sister facilities as required
Patient Support- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Address physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs
Important Notes:- RTO: Maximum 5 days (no RTO during first week)
- Facility may cancel 1 shift per week
- Must be open to floating
