This role includes an expanded scope which may entail responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member. Successful candidates will demonstrate clinical practice, service excellence, and professional development. Commitment to research and evidence-based practice is essential. Rotating shift schedules include day/evening/night shifts and every other weekend. The position also involves holidays, on-call duties, and callback as needed by the unit. This role is not limited to straight shift schedules.
