Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,184 per week in Sioux City, IA

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr

Billable OT: 

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
