Pay: $2,160 per week

Shifts: Will consider 48/hr contract

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg to join a dynamic team in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a stimulating hospital environment, where you will utilize your Med Surg and Telemetry expertise to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Participate in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and attend education programs.
  • Communicate relevant information to promote continuity of care.
  • Demonstrate competence in care of patients with complex problems, including physically, psychosocially, educationally, and safely.
  • Organize and prioritize care according to patient/family needs.
  • Develop goals for professional growth and participate in unit goals and performance improvement activities.
  • Recognize data from complex situations to determine priorities for care.
  • Collaborate with patient/family to prepare or update the plan of care.
  • Read journals relevant to practice and bring ideas for discussion.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
  • Two years of Med Surg and Telemetry experience required.
  • Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited school of Nursing (BSN or MSN preferred).
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC).
