Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment in Shelby, NC. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be an essential member of the healthcare team, supporting patient care in a dynamic nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
  • Provide nursing care to patients with total joint replacements, gallbladder issues, and other common diagnoses
  • Manage cardiac rhythm interpretation and administer non-titrating Cardiac drips
  • Handle wound care, drain/tube management, and PIV starts
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including CNAs, phlebotomy, and 24/7 hospitalists
  • Utilize equipment such as EPIC for EMR and Phillips monitors
  • Float within the region as needed, according to facility requirements

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
  • Active RN license
  • 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Basic Med/Tele skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation and drain management
