36 hrs/week
Every other weekend
13-week assignment
No on-call
Care for Med/Surg patients (medical + post-surgical)
Patient ratio: 1:6 on nights
Head-to-toe assessments
Administer medications (IV/PO/IM)
Post-op care & wound care
Monitor cardiac/pulmonary patients
Manage drains, Foley, NG tubes
Charting & documentation
Communicate with hospitalist team
Handle admissions/discharges
